Kapo Store Meta Ads Case Study

About Kapo Store

Kapo Store is an e-commerce store built on Shopify, offering a range of trending gadgets, tech accessories, and everyday lifestyle products to customers across the UAE. Based in Dubai, the store focuses on fast-moving, affordable products designed for convenience and daily use.

Project Goal — Test and Launch a High-Converting Meta Ads Campaign

The main goal of this project was to test Kapo Store’s brand-new Meta Ads account with a single product and generate real, trackable sales — without wasting ad spend on unverified tracking or an unoptimized product page.

⚠️ Challenges Faced

  • Despite having live products, Kapo Store’s Meta Ads account had zero prior campaign history — no pixel data, no past conversions, and no proof that tracking was set up correctly.

  • The product page itself had gaps: incomplete SEO details, missing image alt text, and a stock display issue that could have blocked sales entirely if left unnoticed.

  • Like many new Shopify stores, Kapo Store had never connected Google Search Console or Google Analytics, making it impossible to measure performance alongside paid traffic.

  • This is a common challenge for early-stage stores: even a good product can underperform in ads if the technical foundation underneath it isn’t solid.

Nimrah's Work & Strategy — Meta Ads

To solve this, Nimrah audited and fixed the product page, verified all tracking, and built a single, focused Meta Ads campaign around one proven product.

  • Fixed the Retractable Car Charger product page — SEO title, meta description, image alt text, and description rewritten for clarity and search visibility
  • Verified Meta Pixel (Server + Web, Optimized) and resolved a stock/”Sold Out” display bug before spending a single dirham on ads
  • Set up and verified Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) so every visit and event was tracked properly
  • Built a simple, single-ad-set Meta Ads Sales campaign using Meta’s own AI-suggested audience for the UAE market
  • Chose placements deliberately — excluded WhatsApp and Threads to keep budget focused on Facebook and Instagram
